Eine Veranstaltungsreihe des MaximiliansForums über aktuelle Transformationen und Paradigmenwechsel im Design und den angewandten Künsten
Vom 12. Juni bis 24. Juli 2013 wird das MaximiliansForum jeweils mittwochs um 19 Uhr zum Ort für Diskussionen, Präsentationen, Workshops und Gespräche über die kulturelle Relevanz der angewandten Künste und die gegenwärtigen Umbrüche, Wandlungen und Transformationen, die auch für das MaximiliansForum als Passage und öffentlicher Raum charakteristisch sind. Akteure der Veranstaltungen sind Designer, Theoretiker, Architekten, Musiker, Modeleute. Für die Veranstaltungsreihe hat der Münchner Produktdesigner Steffen Kehrle eine wandelbare Sitzlandschaft in einer puristischen Rauminstallation entwickelt.

Check out the new solo release from hardcore extremist Alexandra Von Bolz'n, best known for her work with Berlin grindcore band BOLZ'N and with Potsdam sludgecore band CROWSKIN, in addition to involvement with many other projects, including the long-awaited and coming-soonish Abelcain-collaboration HEART BLOOD STEEL. About this solo release, coming soon on CD and available for download via Bandcamp on Affront Digital: << "Schnitt"- pure lust for noise & annihilation is a set which merges some of Alexandra's favourite music genres. It is a maelstrom of parts with the intense brutality that has been the hallmark of Alexandra von Bolz'n's work from the very beginning of her career as a musician. Yet there are also these other moments which unveil a different, much more sensitive and lyrical facet of her work, including also forms of music that we have so far not seen her practice. It is these aspects of this project in particular that makes it so diverse, and so brilliant. >>

Beginn der Performance-Serie 'Vacuum Dynamics' (Polymedia Performance) mit Mike Hentz (Mike Andrew Hentz, * 2. Juli 1954 in New Jersey (USA) ist ein internationaler Grafiker, Fotograf, Musiker und Performancekünstler. Er unterrichtete zudem als Professor weltweit an verschiedenen Kunstschulen und befasst sich hauptsächlich mit medialer Kunst.
VACUUM DYNAMICS

Ist das erstmalige Aufeinandertreffen von Eugene Bal (Performer und Schauspieler aus Odessa Ukraine) mit Alexandra von Bolz`n einer Extrem Saengerin aus Berlin (Zusammenarbeit mit Christoph de Babalon, Zev and the Bänd, Peter Pure u. v. A. ) und dem Polymediaperformer, Musiker Mike Hentz (Zusammenarbeit mit Minus Delta t , Ponton, Van Gogh Tv u.v. A.).
Mit Koerper, Stimme, Objekten und einer Work in Progress Installation werden Energiefelder aufgebaut und verändert.
Eine hauptsaechlich surreal und abstrakt gehaltene Narration, beschaeftigt sich aber auch mit Post 9/11 Traumatas, verhinderter Kommunikation und Synchronisation.
Auf der Suche nach der neuen globalen Folklore.
